SCLC – Dayton Chapter realized the need to implement local programs to combat violence – which led to a partnership formed with the City of Dayton and other local social service agencies. The community needs assessment lead to further program development in the areas of: Domestic Violence/Child Abuse, Neighborhood Violence/Youth Violence, Gun-Buy-Backs, and Health Care-HIV Prevention
